Reset Password
This guide explains how to reset your ACRA password either from the login screen or from within your profile.
Prerequisites
You have an existing ACRA account.
You can access the email inbox associated with your account.
If multi‑factor authentication (MFA) is enabled, you still have access to your TOTP authentication app.

This process is the same for both Maintainer and Resident users.
From the Login Screen
In case you cannot request a password reset from your System Administrator, and you are unable to reset your password from the Account Settings page, you can start the process from the login screen.
To start the process, select the Forgot Password? link in the top right corner above the password field.

This will navigate you to another page where you can enter your email address and submit the request.

In case the email address is associated with an account, you will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
From the Account Settings Page
In case you are logged in and you want to change your existing password, you can do so from the Account Settings page.
Click on your avatar in the bottom left corner in the Sidebar and select Account Settings.

Scroll down to the Password section and click on the Reset Password button.
